When working with a gift batch it would time-saving to be able to select multiple gifts and apply a single solicitor to them and link them all to a single proposal, rather than having to go through each gift one-at-a-time.

Some batches can contain hundreds or thousands of gifts and only dozens out of them would be applicable to a Solicitor/Proposal. Global changes would be overkill and having to search for a solicitor/link a proposal for each gift is time-consuming.
