Create a way to merge 2 gift batches into one gift batch. For instance, we process gifts through NetCommunity and Sphere at our organization. On more than one occasion, we've forgotten to assign a gift batch before processing donations in the plug-in. In effect, the program will assign a new gift batch. This seems okay at first, but if we become interrupted or leave the NetCommunity/Sphere screen, then we have to remember to re-assign the gift batch when we go back to NetCommunity/Sphere to finish processing online donations. I can't tell you how many times this has happened to those of us at our organization, only to have the computer assign another new batch. Then we end up with multiple gift batches for one day. Please create a way to merge two gift batches (with all of the gift fields) into one combined gift batch. Thank you!
