The RE NXT User list (under Security) is now filled with old names that need to be actually removed, not simply marked as "Inactive."
From a management standpoint it looks terrible to see these old names of long-departed employees. Even worse, it's not visually clear that these records are inactive.
To me, it looks like these users still have access and have simply been "Inactive" lately! It's startled me multiple times, frankly.
We have a growing number of former employees still listed as Users and they absolutely shouldn't be. As time goes on, the Users section is getting more cluttered and difficult to manage.
Please enable user record deletion by Admins in RE NXT system. Thanks.
YES! It also prevents you from recycling usernames, as there is no way to disassociate a former employee email from their inactivated account. Or at least let me edit their username
