Disconnect the "added by" property value from the RE user list

If you can output the "added by" value in a query, you should be able to query on that same value. It should not be dependant on the list of RE users. This becomes an issue for former users/employees who have been removed in the past. While it is understandable that it is convenient to choose from a list of possible names in the "added by" criteria field, it would also be great to utilize the "contains" function or a free text field to develop query criteria for "added by". This would allow us the ability to query actions added by former employees who have been deleted from the user list historically.
