As those that are hosted by Blackbaud are moved to the newer Citrix Receiver environment the full power of loading defaults has been lost. Yes you can still load a particular field or attribute with F2 and you can load defaults from a default set by clicking Constituent (or Gift or Action, etc) from the menu bar and then select Load Defaults from... and then select the Default set. When one needs to repeat the same default over and over this is a major loss in efficiency. 

We rely heavily on loading defaults at our organization and are looking forward to a solution. Thank you so much for considering my request.
