Ability to assign any field/tables with a default

I wanted to change my Receipt Type from One Time to Consolidated, and make this the default option. Unfortunately, the One Time receipt is the system default and I cannot change this. I should be able to make any field have a default.

    Note of caution - for the receipt field marking as consolidated will affect any receipts you run as a conditional merge. Records are marked as receipted but receipt letter is not generated!! Be cautious!
