We send two different monthly newsletters. Currently, through using a combination of IContact and RE solicit codes, I can record which of several newsletters a constituent wishes to unsubscribe. After checking with Support, I understand that if a constituent has unsubscribe data added to their record from Online Express, all future newsletters, even ones they are interested in, will be blocked. I wish Online Express would allow me the same choices as my current, albeit unwieldy combo system does.
