Currently if a constituent unsubscribes from email their constituent record is automatically updated with the "Consent" as "email opt-out", their Primary email address is marked DNC, and they are automatically suppressed from emails. If they re-subscribe, all that happens is their address is no longer suppressed. But their constitent file is still "Consent" as "email opt-out" and their Primary email address is marked DNC. So therefore we can still no longer email to them because we didn't know that they re-subscribed so that we could remove this coding. We should receive notifications when a constituent re-subscribes. I'm talking about from Webview emails, not the Online Express sign-up form.
