Online Express has you choose a "message type" of Event, Fundraising, General Communication, Membership, Newsletter or Other before sending a message. It would be great to allow constituents to manage which of these types of communications they want to receive, so that they don't unsubscribe from absolutely everything the organization sends. Many people unsubscribe after receiving event or fundraising communications, but then wonder why they haven't received our newsletter.
