Ability to add lists ofnon-constituent email

Ability to add lists ofnon-constituent email in addition to query to On Line Express for email marketing purposes.

There are times we would like to send emails and they may not be a constituent nor do we want to make them a constituent at this point. It would be nice if we could build and excel or csv file that could be used with OLE.
