RE should recognize characters other than English. I could use Korean support, but I've seen other people want Arabic, Polish, etc. I'm not looking for a lot of functionality here, but at the very least I'd like people who use those characters to fill out forms have their data import (and after that, export) as something other than a flood of question marks.
