9 Years later we still have this problem in 2021. Since we switched to Outlook 365 and use the Outlook App to save emails as actions, the emails are saved as garbage whenever accented characters are present or any spaces included in signatures, What takes Blackbaud so long to fix this issue ?

It seems bizzare that you can enter the accented characters into NXT and Old RE but can't import them or export them without them being corrupted..... why is this not supported for European Customers OR for US customers who wish to serve constituents with names/addresses that contact accented or special characters?

All characters should be supported. It is in onProducts and in RE NXT!!!
