As an international organization, we have many names in foreign languages. While the majority of common diacritics are recognized in RE, less common ones (such as some in Romanian and Turkish) are NOT recongized or accepted. We use ImportOmatic to bring in information and these accented letters appear as a question mark (For example Dincă appears as Dinc? and Uğraş appears as U?ra?). Manually typing it and using the character map to insert the accented character also results in Dinc?. Copying and pasting results in Dinca (an inprovement in appearance, but not too helpful since when we are importing the data).

We really need for RE to be able to accomodate all accented characters. Even some sort of plug-in to assist with this would be an improvement.
