French accents aren't showing up properly when sending emails in Mail (specifically eReceipts).

French accents aren't showing up properly when sending emails in Mail (specifically eReceipts). In Canada we have several supporters who are French and have accents in their name. It is not acceptable that we can't write their name properly or an email in French. Just something to keep in mind for the next update to RE. We would greatly appreciate if the system was more conducive to French. Thanks!
