Creating the ability to send e-Acknowledgements to thank donors
Canada's postal rates are increasing more than 20% so the need to be able to send e-Acknowledgement letters is becoming more crucial. Is this something that is being worked on?
RE can already send Receipts via email but can't send Donor Acknowledgements via email. We create all our actual receipt letters using Donor Acknowledgement Letters so we are currently not able to send receipts electronically. Is there a plan to implement this? The environment, our supporters and our finance department would all really appreciate this.
How about the UK. I'd like to create the ability to send email to thank donors from within Gift Record. Rather than have to go into Actions to create the email and then go into the gift to mark it Acknowledged. it would be good if you could generate the email automatically from within the Gift record
