Give the option to create an envelope document when creating letters in the mail function
It would be very helpful to have the option, when running donor acknowledgement letters, to be able to also create the document of the envelopes that would be needed to mail them.

I have been annoyed at having to do a separate run for envelopes, but it's not that big a deal once you get a system set up. A lot of other pressing issues that I would want to have addressed before this one.
