Ability to insert photos into acknowledgement emails

Please add the ability to insert photos into acknowledgement emails and confirmation pages. This would allow us to add our logo, an electronic signature and maybe a nice photo to make the email more attractive to donors.

    I was able to add our logo in November of 2019. In January 2020 our logo changed. Since the old label was attached to a web, picture which was taken down, an X appeared on the acknowledgement email sent to donors. I am now unable to insert the new logo following the the Knowledgebase instructions.

    I went through support and they had no answer other than "It works sometimes."

    REALLY BLACKBAUD?! That's your answer? I'm sure you can do better than that!
