This would allow an administrator, prior to going on holidays, transmit EFT files to BBMS for Credit Card transactions for a future date.  So payment would not be taken on the day of transmission but rather on the gifts scheduled date.  A prime example is when we upload Direct Debit EFT files to our bank with a future date, it will not process it until the future date has arrived.
