Having to manually charge EFTs is infuriating, especially when a donor makes the gift over the weekend or during vacation times. We have a very small staff at our organization and sometimes the folks who do this are out at the same time. Having to process recurring EFTs through BBMS is also maddening. Nothing should be manually done. If a credit card can be automatically processed, why not debits.
