It would be a great visual reminder if on the toolbar, there was an icon of a little credit card to click when ready to "create EFT transmission files."

It is easy to forget and commit a batch before charging the credit cards. It does not seem (to me) self-explanatory to have to go into Tools, then click "create EFT transmission files."
