Algorithum being used for Duplicate Constituent Management Tool

Upon reading your report 64630, it appears that the aliases is what is being used to identify duplicates on our Raiser's Edge database.

For example, I have two records that were identified as possible duplicates here is the criteria being look at by Blackbaud:

Constituent 1:

Last Name = Phillips

Frist Name = George

Alias Type = Luminate ID 1065316

Constituent 2:

Last Name = Papadopoulos

First Name = George

Alias Type = Luminate ID 1067716

Is it possible for you to reset the algorithm to not include the Alias Type? I can't image being the only user with this situation.
