Currently, there is no way to see whether letters in Config have been rendered Inactive other than to manually open & check each letter one by one. You can't just look at the list and see which are active or inactive. As many of our gift letters are Appeal-specific, and as we export gift files and mail merge thru Word, this is extremely frustrating when trying to ensure RE and Word are "in tune" in terms of ensuring the list of current appeal letters match. Why not add an option for a column that indicates whether a particular letter is currently Active or Inactive? Or do what you offer with lists in Tables where those that are Inactive appear as a lighter grey.
