Checkbox to only display active letter codes
It would be great if there was a checkbox within Configurations > Letters to be able to chose to see only the active letter codes. This checkbox option is available for several entries within Configurations > Tables. We have several dozens of old letter codes that are marked as inactive, and several dozens of current letter codes. Currently, there's no way to pair down the display list to show just the active letter codes. This would help with organization, cutting down on the visual clutter, and easily identifying which codes are active/inactive (other than clicking into each letter code, one by one).

This would be very useful. We number our letters then remove the number if a letter will be inactivated forever, but it is still confusing to see the entire long list of letters.
I couldn't agree more. Matter of fact, I was just getting ready to suggest this and come across this. This would be highly beneficial!
I, too, checked before making this suggestion. At the very least, it could be a column to displayed, but "display active only" is definitely preferable.
I also agree, please make this happen!

We definitely agree with this request -- we have > 100 letters that are no longer used but can't be deleted. At a minimum, being able to hide those marked as inactive is necessary.
