Your appeals tab is totally worthless. (no offense) :) It doesn't feed in the date of a gift, nor does it summarize appeals, so just what it really can be used for is a puzzle to me. It apparently is set up for people who use packages but I have not idea how to do that and I could really use it for other things, like importing appeal letters and having it automatically fill in the response if they give a gift to that appeal.
