Globally Renew Memberships

Provide the ability to globally renew memberships using a process similiar to the existing Drop Lapsed Members option which changes the status of a group of lapsed memberships from Lapsed to Dropped in a few simple steps.

    Membership renewal is a cumbersome, manual export/import process at this time. We should really be able to define new pricing for categories/programs, and globally renew membership levels.
