Membership management is really limited, and it's difficult to fix mistakes quickly and accurately.  We need the following tools:

1) Merge memberships - we have members who dropped their memberships in the past; but when they returned, a new membership was added.  We need the ability to merge the two memberships.

2) Adjust memberships - we need to make changes to all transactions (not just the latest), through an adjustment tool like the gift adjustment one.  For example, we have membership that were Upgraded when they should have been renewed.  We shouldn't have to delete and re-enter transactions, just to fix one value.

3) Move memberships - when a member family separates, or the members want to switch the primary member, we need the ability to move the membership to the correct primary member.  While we can use the "Merge Records" tool to do this, this should be part of the Membership function.

4) Global add/delete/edit - mass renewals and drops could be handled through the global add/edit/delete functions
