I can't stand how RE handles contacts and relationships. One big problem is, when running MANY reports, it's impossible to print PRIMARY ADDRESSEE on Contacts. So the report comes out: "Pat Casey" instead of "Dr. Patrick Casey". It's silly, because there's definitely a spot on the Org record that is Primary Addressee - it should be easy to just throw that as an option on a report. RE: DOS even did better on contact address formatting! Thanks.
