RE Actions are useless until Blackbaud integrates gmail and Google Calendar. Outlook is outdated.
It would be a big help to us to add Gmail integration, including calendar, to Raiser's Edge. Thank you.
We would like google integration to replace outlook integration. Thank you!
We used to use Outlook, but just started using Gmail this past year and could really use the alerts function to send e-mails regarding recurring gifts and follow-ups with pledges and donors. Having it on the task bar is not obvious enough for reminders.
We are also looking for integration between RE and Office 365. After talking with Blackbaud support, they said this is not possible. As more and more of the business world moves to the cloud, it will become essential that your product integrates with cloud email providers or we will be forced to look to other vendors.
We have just switched over to gmail and it is NOT compatible with Blackbaud. We are considering using the cloud - but this is a big issue that is essential in communicating with our constituents. Our technology staff has asked several times about this.
Please add a gmail integration, including calendar.
We use a hosted RE system. Our college uses gmail which is not compatible with RE. It's frustrating. When will you add this functionality? It looks like there are many who would benefit.
