Since the order of Input Queries on the Mail Segment Tab is vital to the resulting output, we need a better/easier way of setting the order (up/down arrows). Currently you have to select a row and use the insert/delete button on the keyboard (and can't right click, which is inconsistent with the rest of the RE interface) and reenter data to change the order. It is also ALL TOO EASY to accidentally click on one of the column headers which then sorts the query list by that column without any ability to "undo" that action, which means then having to completely re-start putting all the queries into the correct order (I've learned the hard way to save the mail criteria often and close without saving if I make a mistake). Being able to add a new Package (the same way you can add an Appeal here or add a Package when entering a gift) would also provide consistency and efficiency.
Also, being able to re-size the width of the Segment columns so I can see the entire Query/Appeal/Package name. Forgetting that this can't be done and accidentally clicking on the column heading is usually the cause of accidental sorting.
This is horrible! I have to enter the queries in the order of importance if I want to use output queries or apply appeal codes accurately.
