With the new Mastercard requirements looming, the only one I am stuck on is the transaction confirmations. Every monthly withdrawal must send a confirmation message to the donor with a note that they can cancel their donations at any time. Right now, the only work around with Raisers Edge is to create an e-receipt and then manually send it out each month. Depending on your date of withdrawals and the number of donors - this can be time consuming. I use RE7 and RENXT (Canada) Blackbaud Merchant Services and Online Express. Surely one of these products can figure out how to generate automatic transaction confirmations by email for Mastercard monthly donors.
