When members donate via our website, it links to the RE NXT system and auto-generates a receipt when a credit card is charged. Not an acknowledgement letter, but a receipt letting the donor know that their card was charged. It would be nice if when we entered credit cards manually via batch, it would do this too. We tend to send out acknowledgement letters a week or so after we receive donations; responding to the week's donations, not each one individually. It would be nice if those who used a credit card could be notified right after their card had been charged.
