As the "one of" tool in query currently functions, the query will NOT find a match unless the match is perfect: unless first, middle, and last names match, or, if there is not a middle name on the record, unless first and last only are present in the "one of" search. All I can change is whether the query looks for an initial or a name; I cannot choose just first & last. E.g., if I search for June Miller, but in her record she is either June Edith Miller or June E. Miller, the query will NOT find her.

This would be an extremely helpful tool, as frequently people give me, the DBA, long lists of names - of a group that is not really queryable - & request information about them.
