We are finding with people wanting to be called by a specific name that sometimes it is not their legal name.  We are all about the relationship.  Se want want to make sure the name they want to be called is the "First Name", "Last Name".  We moved the Legal name into the Alias.  That works if you just use the Search screen with Last Name.   Burger, Karen  or Karen Burger  (typing this info in the last name only).  I am suggesting we have a new field in the search that you can tie to a specific field - so you can put their preferred first or last name.
