'Automatically reciprocate new constituent relationships' business rule or user option

My customer creates many constituent relationships and always sets them to reciprocate in the dialog box on save. It would be great to be able to negate the dialog and reciprocate automatically.

    This would be a HUGE help. I work in a high school that is over 100 years old, and we have many generations and families who attend. When I am updating obituaries and adding relationships (or fixing the ones that were not properly reciprocated in the first place) it would really ease my data entry work if I didn't also have to click "OK".
