Listed in KB BB36844, to be able to reciprocate a relationship after it is already on one record. They have methods for export/import and a plug-in that will reciprocate ALL Relationships, but there are some that I don't want reciprocated. The Relationship window should indicate (button with checkmark, checkbox, something) whether the relationship is currently reciprocated and let you reciprocate or "un-reciprocate" easily.
