I discovered a bit of a "loophole" in the security by constituency feature.  While it does restrict the record, you can still pull in the constituent and his/her information through a query and view the output in the results tab.  It would be nice if the security by constituency would block access to any details of the constituent across all modules in Raiser's Edge.
