Add box on Bio 1 tab to insert a photo of the constituent.
There's plenty of open space in the Bio 1 "gray area."
It is so important, especially in a small community, to know what your donors look like so you can greet them properly, etc.

Several of the staff at our organization have suggested this in office conversations. It would be helpful for a database operator to place a face to a name for instance, or helpful for a new Development Director to get to know the major donors for which they are soliciting. If a new staff member is greeting a donor at a public place (ie. restaurant) they want to know what the donor looks like in advance so they can identify them in a crowd. In another instance, it would be helpful for staff prior to a special event to know the attendees. For several of us, it's hard to remember names when first meeting someone. Multiply that by 50 people at an exclusive house-party event (without name tags). It would be easier for staff to connect faces with names within the database (looking at records time and time again) so when we meet these donors in person, it's second nature to remember exactly who they are. In the database, we don't have time dig into the Media tab and look at donor pictures, but if the image is located on the Bio 1 tab, that repetition helps us commit faces to memory much more easily. In another database program (Past Perfect) that I perviously used at another organization, the software company offered this feature and it was extremely helpful. Please, please take this suggestion into consideration. Thank you!

You could look at App-O-Matic which is free. It allows for photos on the canvas...
