Make the county field in NetCommunity dependent on the country field

The county field in NetCommunity currently lists every county for every country in RE. Its looks awful. Can it be set so for certain countries (US/UK etc) users can choose from a dropdown but for all other countries there is just a free text box so it looks like just another address line?

    States / Provinces should be the same. And since we are not able to use the default codes from that country - please use the long description for the state instead of the 2-3 character code.
