We have multiple people in our organization who enter new constituents.  Some are more detailed than others.  Many forget to populate the county and region fields when entering a new constituent address, since you have to click on the "more" tab.  If we could build a table that links zip codes to counties and regions, this would eliminate that step and make our data entry more efficient and complete.
