Ability to export only the most recent Proposal and Notes

Currently, there is no way to export the most recent proposal for each constituent. For example, if a certain constituent has 2 proposals, and I only want to export 1, RE will export the older of the 2 proposals.

The same is true if I have multiple notes under one proposal. It is not possible to export the most recent note either. It is possible to sort the notes, but that's ONLY if you export more than 1.

    Another example of an idea that needs to be merged with the others of the same request.

    I was directed to this idea via Blackbaud Support, as we have a similar issue with exporting ratings - we need the latest rating, not the older ratings...and no way to export just the latest rating.
