Please make this ability to show all phone/emails regardless of status available to the Administrator. The concept of "Inactive" alone is confusing to the new RE user and this could be reduced by showing them all. Right now to many folks they are wondering where are the rest of the phones - they seem to have been deleted or lost. It is also particularly unhelpful that you click on the box - save the record(thinking the box will stay checked) - but find out it is unchecked when you come back to the record. The is very inconsistent with all the other boxes that are available on the Constituent record - so adding to the confusion and worries.
Finally - you may not get alot of votes - YET - because this box was NOT initially introduced in a way that the Admin would have noticed. I am sure that if it had - you would have heard from us before the launch.
Yes, please either show Inactive phones by default or allow us to globally mark them as such. Between arbitrary 7.94 upgrade implementation and user errors on our end, we have a lot of phones that we need to show on the records. Our casual users do not understand all the nuances of RE and do not get that they can check the "show inactive" box to see more information.

Yes, make this a setting that can be globally configured and make checking the box on a record stick so that you don't have to check it every time.

Definitely agree. Would be nice to see all inactive phones and emails, for better data maintenance.
