    I agree with Devan. This should be a user option where the user can click show inactive and it stays on until the user chooses to turn it off again. Our users are always double checking inactive phones and it is extremely painful to constantly have to tick the show inactive every time you go to another constituent record. Thanks, Chris

    I don't think I would make this a default across the board, but it would be helpful to make this a user option.  That way individuals could choose whether they want to see inactive all the time.
