Allow show inactive phone type default Merged

I would like to be able to set a default so that I don't have to check the "show inactive phones and emails" box every time I open  new record.

    This idea is exactly why I logged into the community today. I'm working in a copy of our database that has been upgraded to 7.96 to test out how the upgrade will go for us. It's inconvenient to have to check that box on every record. I think our users will also appreciate this option post-upgrade.
