I create actions as pending with action tracks so they can be picked up for letters and emails. I want to update the status to completed, and mark the completed box when the Follow-up letters are run from mail. Currently I change an action attribute and later run a global update but this is double handling. Action tracks cannot create actions with completed already ticked.
