Option to add actions when running a mail job (e.g. Quick Letters), instead of having to use global add from the output query

It would be really useful to add an edited letters from a mail job to individual records. We add a short personalisation to many of our donation thank you letters and it would be great for others in the organisation to be able to see what was said.
