The honour/memorial acknowledgment letters are prompted through gift records and once run the option is there to "Mark all gifts as acknowleded? Yes /No" If yes is selected the acknowledgement changes from "not acknowledged" to "acknowledged" with the current system date. This is fantastic.
Can the same thing be set up for actions? I want to be able to select all constituents who need to be mailed a certain letter and have the action be marked as completed - change status to closed - and add the current system date as the completed date, after I've merged the letter.
