After we run donor acknowledgement letters (through a conditional mail merge) we need to assign actions to various staff to follow up with the donor depending on the type of donation(letter sent) and the amount of the donation.  Currently these queries have to be run by an individual.  It would be very helpful to have them automatically run at the same time every day.
