I'd like to add fields to the donor | Ideas for Raiser's Edge

I'd like to add fields to the donor acknowledgement letter to personalize it more for our donors.

If we could include relationships in the letter, we could refer to each student or alum by name, as well as referring to the donor as a parent, alum, friend, etc.
