Fields to include tab have hard credit name

Fields to include tab have hard credit name field

For donor acknowledgement letters in the Mail function, please add a field for the hard credit name in Fields to Include tab. I would like to be able to merge in the hard credit donor name when sending a letter to the soft credit donor.
