Hi, it would be wonderful if Blackbaud could simplify the action of when a solicitor leaves an organization, we can simply replace all the open tasks and current assignments and transfer it to the new person once they are created. Currently, while you can globally end date a solicitor on a constituent record, and then globally upload the new solicitor, there doesn't seem to be a way to assign the new solicitor to any open actions the old solicitor would be responsible for. This would be helpful just in a reassignment process, not just when a person leaves the organization.
